Andrew Johnson joined Devco US Construction in November 2024 as the Regional Director of Construction for the West Region. He also temporarily oversees construction operations in the East Region while we search for a Director of Construction in that area.

Before joining Devco, Andrew served as a Project Executive for a national multifamily developer. He brings over 13 years of industry experience in multifamily, mixed-use, and public-sector development. Over the course of his career, he has successfully delivered a range of high-profile projects including high-rise residential, affordable housing, and large-scale multifamily developments in Colorado and California.

Andrew leads teams across multiple states, overseeing project delivery from planning through execution to support the creation of long-term affordable housing, while ensuring alignment with Devco’s core values of teamwork, commitment, quality, and integrity.

He holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Colorado State University and is a LEED Accredited Professional (BD+C).

A Colorado native, Andrew enjoys sporting clays, hiking, and supporting the CSU Rams. He lives in Windsor with his wife, two children, and two dogs, and values time spent outdoors and with family.

Joe joined DevCo US Construction in September of 2022, initially as a Construction Project Manager before transitioning full-time to operations. Joe’s primary responsibilities include development and refinement of processes and policies, collaboration with senior leaders to ensure operational alignment, direct oversight of contract administration and procurement departments, and management of company strategies and goals.

Before joining DevCo, Joe worked as a Project Manager in various construction markets, focusing primarily on hospitality and multi-family construction and renovations, solar and fuel station canopy manufacturing and fabrication, and residential and commercial tenant improvements.  He is passionate about process improvement and is continually looking for innovative solutions to challenging problems.

Joe graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies.

Outside of work, Joe can most often be found spending time with friends and his son Alex, reading, and watching Cougar or Seahawks football games.

Tom joined DevCo in February 2024, bringing over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Throughout his career, he has successfully led a wide range of projects with a consistent focus on delivering high-quality housing and exceptional living environments.

With a background as a Senior Superintendent, Project Manager, and Estimating Manager, Tom offers invaluable hands-on knowledge of all phases of construction. His expertise has been especially important as DevCo expands into new regions across the country.

Tom has a proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar projects from land development and infrastructure to project closeout. His portfolio includes work in sustainable construction, historic renovation, office buildings, mixed-use developments, multi-family housing, civil improvements, affordable housing, high-end custom homes, and government projects. He is well-versed in structural concrete, wood framing, and steel construction systems.

Known for delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards, Tom emphasizes safety and customer satisfaction at every stage. He holds multiple construction-related certifications and is a dedicated advocate for excellence in the industry.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time with his family and 3 dogs, exploring off-trail adventures, camping with friends, and traveling. He is also active in his community, volunteering at local schools and supporting educational initiatives.
